How Close Are North Korea To Becoming A Smoldering Hole In The Ground?
Q. With N Korea now threatening to attack S Korea if they go ahead with trying to sieze the nuclear warheads. Really - how close are N Korea to becoming a smoldering hole in the ground? Is this the begginning of the end? I mean - a World War 3 and people taking sides would be the end right with nukes raining from the sky?

A. I don't think that the US is going to do a damn thing...Obama will want to "talk it out" with diplomacy and platitudes. Even though diplomacy works when both sides have something to gain from it...it is a clear cut reality that you cannot get any government to change it's overall position on something simply by talking about it...especially when the position they are in is advantageous to them...North Korea's launch had as much to do with advertising their wares as it did with expressing defiance. I am sure that Kim Jong Il wanted other nations to know that he has the stuff they are looking for...like Iran, Venezuela and other rogue nations. Now if South Korea feels endangered by Kim and his lot...I wouldn't put it past south korea to… [cont.]
